The BEST bible names for boys

Okay, so here in the UK and really all across the world, bible names are BIG and not only are they big but they stick around a long time and don't get outdated. I mean, for instance, I was studying a piece of music dated 1598 by a man called Thomas, which is strange because today, Thomas is still a popular baby name!
Also, especially for Christians, bible names carry a special meaning- I know somebody who named their baby Phoebe Hannah, the middle name owing to the fact that they had to be VERY patient for her to come. Bible
names come in all shapes and sizes; common, unique, classy, short, masculine.
Anyhows, here are (in my opinion) some of the best picks;
Ezra- means "helper" and is a trend waiting to happen
Jonah- means "dove". It sounds like a cross between Joseph and Noah and is very masculine and not too common.
Micah-means "who is like our God". A much more modern twist on Michael.
Noah-OOOoooo this one is getting popular in the UK- if you like it, go for it, and it has a lovely meaning too "rest, comfort"
Joshua-meaning "God rescues" is an all time favorite and no wonder-its such a lovely name!
Samuel-my mum's favorite meaning "He who was told of", again a long standing name commonly shortened to Sam
Seth-Meaning "Appointed", Seth sounds modern and would easily go well with an unusual or short sibling name such as Kai or Beau/Bo.
Malachi-has a LOVELY meaning: "my messenger, my angel", and goes along well with the Kai trend (it is pronounced Mal-a-kai)
Jude-meaning "praise, thanks", Jude is a New Testament character. The name has the same trendy sound to names like Milo and Quinn, but with the bible link.
Nathaniel-means "Gift of God". The original spelling is Nathanael, and Nathan belongs to the same name family (prophet to King David). This is my all time favorite name-or to be more precise "Nathaniel Joel Edward"
Asher-meaning "happy", this name is uplifting, masculine but again, not too common. A similar name is Reuben meaning "Behold a son".
Phinehas- Okay, maybe this one is a bit off the beaten track, but meaning "dark skinned" or "mouth of brass", this unique name could be shortened to Finn. Phinehas is a grandson of Aaron who helped Joshua and Moses on occasions in the bible.
Thomas-A lovely twin name meaning "twin"! And with Tommy/Tom as a nickname-no wonder its another long stander.
Aaron-meas "Mountain of strength" and is either pronounced Air-on or less commonly Ar-ron. It just sounds less American than Aiden and more trendy than Andrew.

Okay...better stop there! I could go on forever, but then it would be not Best bible names but all of them!!! girls bible names to follow soon...
